# Welcome to Ticketee
What you have in front of you is a user friendly tool for ticket creation directly to Denevy support team or for your own purposes in order to be able to handle support tickets from your clients to your own support teams.
You might ask, how easy is to implement such a tool? I know, latest support ticket tools are usually part of a bigger software. But we offer you a lightweight tool which you will be happy about. (More details in the next section "Embedded Ticket Forms")
Let's take a look at the main page of Ticketee and its parts (the left menu will differ based on user rights):
- Tickets - management of the incoming tickets or an option to create your own internal tickets
- Leads - opportunities to contact the ticket requesters about a specific topic
- Roadmap - if any ticket contains an interesting idea for improvement of a particular system feature, you can create ideas and schedule them in roadmaps
- Reports - create reports on all aspects of ticket handling
- Administration - manage support consultants and teams, configure the tool and create/edit ticket types
