# How to use

Manage the support teams right here with these features:

• create a new team by hitting the "New" button at the Teams page
  
• send an invitation link to the users that should join the team
• box icon - shows you all tickets assigned to this particular team
• eye icon - shows all leads assigned to this team
• pencil icon - allows you to edit team's details
